Project Details

This project consisted of the complete redevelopment of the front of house bar areas and WCs within the 251 seat theatre in the heart of Covent Garden. A large sum of the contract involved the installation of a new roofing system, construction of a new roof level plant room, installation of plant and all associated mechanical and electrical services throughout the building. The project included a complete overhaul of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing services in conjunction with the refurbishment of the theatres front of house areas.
