There is a phrase at the Young Vic that we reserve for the best people we work with. We say that they “get it”. 

By that we mean they understand what they are doing and why it’s important to us. They buy in to everything we try to do and we build up a trust and mutual respect for each others work.  We mean they go the extra mile to make what they do the best job they possibly can and at the same time they are a pleasure to work with. 

I’m very happy to say that having worked with Steve Murphy and his excellent team of dedicated staff that Rise really “get it”.

We just wanted to say that are delighted with the work carried out by Rise. The gallery looks stunning. The quality of the curved walls and the drawing cabinet is simply beautiful.

Tom was a star and ensured that the quality remained consistently high. He is the only site supervisor I’ve worked with who has the same standards as me! I know everything will be fine when Tom is on site. Please also pass my thanks to the whole team who also did a great job.

I have been staging exhibitions for so long now that I don't normally feel emotional about galleries, but this one is special. A huge thank you to everyone.
