Project Details
Removal of the existing roof and creation of a new structural steel frame to create an additional two floors onto an existing 4 story building with an existing Foxtons Estate Agency occupying the ground floor and basement. New roof structure consisted of double story copper cladding and glazing, and a roof terrace to both levels. New mechanical and electrical installation to the existing and new floors and fit out to CAT A standard, to include a new lift into the existing lift shaft.
