



Project Details
Work comprised of the demolition of the existing house and construction of a new 12,000 ft² property. The new build included a new double storey basement requiring deep sheet piling and sections of zero tolerance piling in areas close to neighbouring properties. Basement levels were constructed of waterproof concrete, with the upper 3 floors levels in steel. The façade is an imported bespoke glazing system featuring double height atrium and fine coated Sto-render system.
